Anna produces and directs the SHOWCASE PERFORMANCES and teaches the majority of the classes at her Academy. She has studied with a number of excellent teachers, one of which is the renowned Uta Hagen. She is also proud to have worked under the tutelage of Warren Robertson, one of the top Guru’s of Acting. After studying with him for several years, she was asked to join the staff at THE WARREN ROBERTSON THEATRE WORKSHOP (one of the foremost prestigious acting schools in the nation). She taught there for over three years.

Ms. Panaro has directed numerous Stage Productions, some of which include: “Mooney”s Kid Don’t Cry” by Tennessee Williams, “Plaza Suite” by Neil Simon and “Reality and Dreams” written by Teenagers participating in a Special Workshop For the Creative Community. In addition, she has directed Children’s Cable TV Shows and a number of Staged Readings. Most recently, Anna directed “ A Piece Of My Heart” by Shirley Lauro which was performed at the GUSMAN CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS in downtown Miami. The PANARO ACADEMY OF DRAMATIC ARTS, formally The Panaro Workshop Theatre Company, has performed several SHOWCASE PERFORMANCES, in New York and in Miami Beach. Presently her Performance Class, here in Miami, is working on a Showcase of "Works in Progress" which will be performed within the next few months.

As well as teaching at the WARREN ROBERTSON THEATRE WORKSHOP, she was on the staff of JONTE’ MODELING AND ACTING CENTER in Haledon, N.J. Ms Panaro originated and taught her Theatre Games Course, “Acting for Non-Actors” for THE LEARNING ANNEX in NEW YORK CITY and offered the same course at ORANGE COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE in Middletown, N.Y. She taught this same course through LEARNING DELIGHTS of South Florida. Further, she has designed a Special ANTI-STRESS SEMINAR for the GOLDMAN/SACHS CORPORATION (an investment banking firm in New York City).

In June of 1992, Ms. Panaro relocated her studio from New York City to Miami Beach. As well as running her studio with group and private classes, she immediately became active in Children’s After School Programs for three Catholic Schools in the area namely: ST. ROSE of LIMA, ST. BRENDAN and HOLY FAMILY where she directed three Christmas Presentations simultaneously. In 1993 she worked as Associate Drama Director and in 1994 the Director of the Drama Ministry at NEW WAY FELLOWSHIP BAPTIST CHURCH presenting both the 1993 and 1994 Christmas Contata’s. In 2000, she taught KIDS ACTING at IN MOTION DANCE CENTER for 6 to 14 year olds. In January, 2002 she created a Special Drama Program for Home Schoolers at P.A.C.E. For nearly 10 years, Anna served as Director of the Drama Ministry at CALVARY CHAPEL OF MIAMI BEACH. She was instrumental in bringing the Gospel to churches and organizations in and around the area. She presented a Special Workshop at “The Christians and Media Conference in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. on “Church Drama Ministry”.

Anna has worked as an actress in all mediums for over 45 years in TV Commercials, Theatre, Musical Theatre, Television (Soaps and Sitcoms), Feature Films and as a singer/dancer in various Nightclubs and Lounges in and around New York City. She continues to stay active in the field.

In addition to her expertise in the acting field, Anna has studied HATHA YOGA under the direction of SWAMI RAMANANDA and SWAMI VISHNU DEVANANDA at THE SIVANANDA YOGA CENTER in NEW YORK CITY and has taught YOGA and ANTI-STRESS EXERCISES for many years. She has also been a Licensed Massage Therapist in Florida since 2005.
